You don't need to disconnect them to install after-market.

thank you. but what I was saying they are all working I would like to diconnect the stock ones (improperly working) is it possible? and whats required?

Take the face plate off and behind the odometer
are the connections

I was unable to disconnect the connector by pulling it through the hole in the dash behind the speedometer assembly. I had to reach up under the dash to the right of the steering column and pull the connector down to disconnect. Not easy.
