I have an 84 GN and the previous made mods on it which im not too sure about. one i believe is on the alternator, coming out of the regulator one wire goes to the gauge and the other is really short and has a loop on it, its so short that it can only go to the positive terminal lead. Is this right? i've never seen one connect there
