I recently got my hand on a factory wiring harness to instal power windows and locks in my GN, the question I have is does anybody know where the harness conects in the interior, there is a 5 wire conector and a 3 wire conector on each door I was wondering if the car has a ataching point for these under the dash even though the car never came equipped with these options, or is there another wiring harness for under the dash that I will need to get.
Yes there is an attaching point.Above the fuse box and to the left there is a white panel where you can see that you can plug the harnesses into.Also there should be a single wire on each harness that runs to the fuse panel.Do you have the under dash harnesses?On the harness for the doorlocks there is a solonoid or relay that mounts in the kickpanel behindthe ecm.You have to take the whole kick panel out,all pieces.The part # for the solonoid is20306055.There is also a ground wire that grounds near the lock solonoid.
