Just wanted to know what the symptoms of a bad maf were? When I start the car it starts rough and idles ruff and very, very rich. If not the maf does anyone have any ideas? By the way the check engine liget goes on.
Pull the code ... it should indicate a bad MAF code.
To partially diagnose the problem, pull the plug off the MAF and see if the idle smooths up. If it does, then it probably is the MAF. If there's a code that indicates bad MAF, it is definitely related to the MAF.
