ive got a problem with my 87 turbo t, it just died one day and ive replaced the coil pac, and still no spark, the alt seems ok with a test lite, but i cant figure what to do next. i was told even if the alt is bad, it should start with a jump, no luck there. the plugs and wires are new, i dont know which wires to test for the esc, but the cam sensor tool shows the timing is still on, and no blown fuses, help, i dont know where to turn next and cant afford to take her in! thanx

Check the crank position sensor ... most likely that's the cause.

Also double check the CCC fuse.

I second what Ken said. My GN died one night on me and I ended up replacing just about everything, ecm, coilpack, module.... I crawled under the car and saw that something must have flew up and smacked the crank sensor. Replaced it with a new one and it started right up. I think it took me two days to figure that one out.:)
