Is there any kind of Spray Lube that would be good for Electrical Connections that would keep out the Moisture ?

Working in the telecommunications industry for 20 years, there is a grease we use for connections to various bus bars/ground bars called NO-OX. I would imagine you could pick some up or order some from GrayBar electrical supply or other electrical supply distributors.
