I'm looking for a small tach to put in my car. I've looked at VDO and while they seem good, they only have 500rpm steps, so you have a 1 then a dash, then a 2, and I'm looking for more accuracy, but I do like analog tachs because you can see the needle going up and won't miss a shift point by going over it. I'm pretty much limited to a 2 1/16 inch tach, and recently found that Cyberdyne makes a tach that can fit my needs, but I'm wondering if anyone has ever used a cyberdyne tach and any likes and dislikes of it. I don't think I'll get too many responses but figure it's worth a shot. It has a bar graph that goes in a semicircle around the top, and it also has a readout in the middle, so my worries of missing a shift point shouldn't come into effect since the bar graph goes across much like a needle would. Any input is appreciated, thanks,
Scott

The only bummer with their stuff is that it becomes difficult to read in bright light. If the sunlight hits the face, forget reading it.
