I have a 1999 Turbo. The climate control lights started dimming awhile back. Now they have gone out completly. At times you can tap on the face and they will come on. Any help will be welcome. I can't tell temps, fan speed , etc. Thanks.

Ahh... then it's supercharged (not turbo).
The climate lights thing is very common. There are a couple resistors in the head unit for the climate control that get hot and pull loose from the board. There's a procedure that someone published on the web of how to repair it by yourself, if you're handy with electronics and soldering.
If not, then you basically have to buy a new head unit from GM (about $350 from what I remember). A lot of the cars had the unit replaced under warranty (my '98 GS did when it was only 6 months old or so).
Thanks Ken. You're right it is supercharged instead of Turbo. It must have been a brain pause.
