Brian Lee (Brianwagonlee) | Monday, February 11, 2002 - 11:15 am Someone somewhat recently posted a web address for a company that makes digital gauges. I cannot seem to find it. I tried searching but, no luck. Does anyone know what it was? Any help would be great. Thanks. Brian |
Lawrence Zink (Zgroupracing) | Monday, February 11, 2002 - 05:23 pm go to www.dakotadigital.com . I have a complete digital cluster in my GMC P/U and it looks great and works. It ain't cheap, but you get what you pay for. Larry |
Brian Lee (Brianwagonlee) | Tuesday, February 12, 2002 - 07:31 am Thanks Larry, The one I was looking for was www.nordskogperformance.com. I found it bookmarked on a different computer. Their prices seem to be a little cheaper than Dakota Digital. And, searching on line, I found a sight that seemed to indicate that Intellitronix, and Cyberdyne were one in the same. Then, when I went to the web site, it brought me to Nordskog Performance again. So, I guess the three are the same. Thanks. I do like the Dakota Digital ones too. Now I have to decide which one I want. Brian |
Brian Lee (Brianwagonlee) | Tuesday, February 12, 2002 - 09:40 am And another thing....I just checked JCWhitneys online catalog, and they have digital gauges. Cyberdyne, and they are even cheaper than the ones from Nordskog Performance. I shoulda researched more before asking, huh? Brian |
Robert M Baker (1quikv6) | Sunday, March 31, 2002 - 02:21 am Hey Brian, Nordskog and Cyberdyne are completely different companies and technology. Nordskog being the newest technology. I've done a lot of research into the digital dashes that are available today. Those who own the Cyberdyne units give it a big thumbs up even though they are limited. I spoke on the phone with one of the technicians who works at Nordskog and he was very helpful in my gauge selection decision. He also recommended to go thru JCWittney to buy their gauges because it will be a lot cheaper that way. Take a look around their site and check out the cool features of the speedos and tachs. Very cool stuff and they have a lifetime warranty. They also said that if they received enough requests, they would consider a drop in kit for our cars similar to their Monte SS dash clusters. Just thought I would throw that info out there for you guys to consider. |
Brian Lee (Brianwagonlee) | Wednesday, April 03, 2002 - 08:47 am Thanks, I am also looking into a digital setup, but I wouldn't be doing it for a while. I don't even have the car that it would be put into, yet. So it may be a little while. Brian |
