I have an idle problem. I have set the TPS to .43 and the idle air control valve is sitting the the 30-40 range. The engine speed is still surging when at idle (it starts about 5 seconds after a complete stop), it is very irritating. Turbo link is saying all other factors are within the range they should be. I have about 45 psi of fuel pressure, I cleaned the IACV, looked for vacuum leaks..there appears to be none, the car runs fine while driving. Does anyone have any idea what to do next?

My car did the exact same thing until I chaged my Heated O2 sensor back to a standard one. and replaced the FPR
My FPR was bad and couldnt varify this until I put a gauge on the windsheild!
