My service engine light comes on as soon as I turn the key. I never seen it do this before but when it comes on it is blinking very fast and stays that way even when the car is runing. What could cause this to do that.

Have you done anything to the ecm recently? I thought I'd heard before that if the light just keeps flashing that it's a loose chip. Maybe you should pull the ecm out and reseat the chips. Be sure to disconnect the orange wire by the battery, under the hood when you do this. I'm sure somebody knows for sure what this is, they'll pipe up eventually.
Thanks for the reply Scott....I thaught it was the chip being loose I removed and put it back in and still had the problem....so I replaced the chip and now all is good. Thanks again.
