I just installed a thumb wheel chip in my car. Do you guys seal the ecm where the chip installs or just leave it open since the stock cover will not work? If so, what do you use to seal the ecm? Thanks for any suggestions.

When I bought my car 1-1/2 years ago, the cover for my ECM was missing. I've never bothered to replace it, and I've been OK. Of course, I don't drive my car in the rain.
