A couple of questions here.

I have a 93 Octane Thrasher chip, and I have set the FP to 42 lbs. vac off. The idle is still irratic and the car has a severe hesitation with normal driving. When you hit the accelerator at the light the car will move, but with little or no power. Then if you put your foot into it a little. the power surges to normal. It does this in all gears, even if you are cruising on the highway. Is it naive of me to think that the "lean cruise" feature of this chip is working properly and that is why I have no power unless I hammer it?
Next question, I have a Minimag chip, but do not know what its parameters are. It was in the car when I bought it, and it always sets code 44. The other chips that I have do not set this code. All of the O2 mv are where they are supposed to be...I think. (750-800 @ 90 mph in third WOT).
I do not know what FP to set the minimag to. I did set it to 42 vac off when I went tuning last weekend, seemed to be fine, still get code 44.
I ran 9.40's all night on my factory BF's. (did'nt know that I was going to run or I would have brought the bigger sneakers). 9.40 @ 74.5 mph sound right for basically a stock GN? I ask because I don't know. I would give 60' and reaction times, but I put rainX on my side windows and the polish did not show well. The guy in the tower couldn't read them. Luckily, the display boards are 100' past the traps, so I could read my own times. Thanks for any input.

I guess that if I am getting code 44 with the minimag, I need to to turn the FP down huh....makes sense.

What injectors do you have? 42 is a bit much for stockers. I have 30 lb injectors and therefor only need 36 lbs ... I had it set at 42 and knocked really bad, I leaned it out and NO Knock now.

I have the factory injectors. It's at about 38# with the vac. on. No knock ever. I only run about 14.5 - 15 psi.

I think I have a sticking injector or six. The fuel rail holds 38# for about 25 minutes, then down to zero. I plan on getting the Lucas 009's as soon as I can dig up the cash reserves. This will also ultimately lead to a bigger turbo. I am building a 4.1 right now, but it will take a couple of months. I have 150 k on the stock motor. No smoke, still runs good.
