I recently got my first GN (87) last week and it had a chip already in the car. The previous owner said it was in the car when he bought it. I pulled it today and there is a green sticker dot on the chips back, and on the side facing the pc board it had hand written:

Car's mods are, 3" poston's DP, postons hedders, no cat, adj. wastegate, plus above chip. It has stock injectors and stock turbo. I don't know how much boost car is on, but it pegs stock psi guage. I was told car had a best pass of 13.1 @ 103mph. It runs strong but I would like to know what I have before I blow something up!

That looks like a 25* street chip for the stock relacement injectors (green tops are commonly used in place of the stockers in upgrades). Couldn't tell you who made it though, but I imagine one of the guru's could. FWIW, you'd want to consider an aftermarket boost gauge as the stockers are notoriously inconsistent. Other must do mods (if not already done) include an upgraded fuel pump and hot wire, and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. A scan tool is a good investment to control the tune of your car as well.
BTW, 25* is a lot of timing for pump premium gas. hope you get good fuel for that thing. My +-104 octane Extender chip has 23* 3rd/4th timing.

Who would I contact ?
For what? A different chip, or an aftermarket boost gauge? Or do you mean for a fuel pump and hot wire, or an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, or a scan tool?
A popular chip that is inexpensive is Thrasher, though I have never used one, and I don't know what the timing is like. For all the other stuff, get in touch with one of the common TR vendors to set you up, though you may want to wisit the "good Guy, Bad Guy" list. Racetronix.com has good deals on the pump HW setup, though I have never actually bought from them... I have never heard bad things about dealing with them either. I have never had an issue dealing with Jack Cotton, and can recommend him for both advice and as a parts source. Ramchargers, too.
For a scan tool, you need to decide which one you want, first.
