Ron Kozarski (Rons87tr) | Monday, September 03, 2001 - 09:38 am I'm tring to figure out if I have the stock chip in my car, I pulled the computer and took a look at the chip. The only marking's I see is the work "DELCO" and a serial number. Does anyone know if this is the stock chip? Thanks Ron K. |

ACXA and BBKJ are some of the codes you might find on stock 86/87 chips. With more information, someone may be able to answer your question. Year of the car would be helpful, too. |

Scott Keller (Keller) | Tuesday, September 04, 2001 - 09:24 pm BBKJ is the '91 (or is it '92?) 'recall' chip that was issued to improve emissions. Basically, its the most recent stock chip for these cars. |
