Does it matter the size of vaccum line you use???I also saw a restricter in on side of the Y fitting what side to turbo or wastegate???Thanks
Use the hose that fits the "y".
The restrictor goes to the turbo housing.

Yes that fixed it!!!! Showed me my ignition box was weak. Put on my emergency spair...not a GM.
