When I turn my ignition key on ('87 GN),the pump comes on for a few seconds, and then stops. After that, every few seconds the pump will click on for
about 1/4 second and stops. I have determined I have an accumulator problem and have ordered a new one. Is this causing this cycling problem, or should I be looking somewhere else ?

Replacing accumulator solved this problem...
