Which mufflers are Quietest & Flow best
A friend of mine has a 86 GN. And doesn't like the way his 2 Chamber Flowmaster sound.
He was thinking about trying Borla Turbo Mufflers.
The borla's are among the louder ones. Try something like ATR or kirban.
I have the ATR 2.5 dual stainless pitbull system on my GN. I really like the way they sound.
Hooker 2.5's with Hooker Aerochamber mufflers...cant get any quieter than that. Flows like a banshee too! :P
I gained 6mph in the 1/4 mile by just switching from stock cat-back to the hooker duals with aerochambers. I originally had flowmaster on it, so i know the difference it makes. Cant argue with that mph gain! Got mine from Kirban - $439 including shipping.
