I cannot move my wastgate by hand. Should I be able to? Clockwise right?
If you've got the rod disconnected, yes. It should flop around freely.
You cannot move it at all easily when the rod is connected.
If you can't turn it by hand use a cresent wrench, it may need to be loosened up use wd40 or something.
On which way to turn it always remember it's "in for increase" and out for less boost!
