Quick question, I am assuming that one could not use an external wastegate if they are using a stock appearing exhaust housing simply because it has the internal wastegate provision built onto it, true??
Secondly if I had the intention to go with an upgraded turbo for instance t60 and my intention is to use an external wastegate than I would have to get a turbo that does not have a stock style exhaust housing, true?
Just need someone to simplify that for me also to let me know would it be worth it to go with an external and will it really be worth its gain in power,spool up, etc...? Thanks
