Hey Marvin, I had a similar problem earlier this year with my injectors. Blm was at 150 at 3400 rpm and then the car would just cut out, like it hit the rev limiter. When I added fuel, the car stopped cutting out, but the cars 02 was at 844 on the high end. After a few months of playing around I realized the chip was improperly balanced for my car, meaning the low end pulse width was not proportional to my high end, so in your case, the car is WAY TO RICH AT CRUISE. First, lower the fuel pressure, then try this. Run the car in the 1/4, take the 02 reading, compare it to your cruise and idle blm. If the cars 02 is over 825 then lower the fuel pressure and keep up the same testing. You want to hit the 128 cruise blm that is somewhat normal for the average car and even during the 1/4 run. And with that pressure, also achieve a 755 to 805 02 reading. Use that as your window, if you never get close to those #'s you have a pulse width problem. 755 02 on high end is equivalent to 13-1 air/fuel ratio, 805 02 is equivalent to 12-1 air/fuel ratio, hope this helps atleast alittle.
