We recently had a baby and the T has been sitting around for awhile (11 mos). When I went to start it, I noticed the fuel pump was not running. After checking the harness, power, grounds ect. everything was looking good. So when I dropped the tank and took out the pumps, I noticed that the hoses had actually melted. Neither pump will run, only make a little noise and get hot.
Can these pumps (XP plus double pumper) be cleaned and reused or do I have to buy new pumps?
