What's the concensus on the PTE Turbine Housings, specifically the .63 on a TA-49 turbo. Does it spool as quick as the Garret housing? Does it fit under the turbo cover? With it's higher flow potential, would it help reduce my top end boost creep? (wastegate hole has been opened to .950" which helped but did not eliminate the creep)
