I have a Turbo Regal that should be running mid 12s to maybe high 11s. Should i use a R43TS or a R42TS? Thanks so much!!

Either will work ... try the 42s for a while and see if they are fouling in your typical driving. IF they do, step up a heat range to the 43s.

BTW, CR42TS are the heavy duty ones ...
