Hello, this is my first post and I'd really appreciate some help. I've always been into cars but always thought turbo science was beyond me.. now that im getting into it i'd like to ask a question to you guys about my car. I have a WRX and I plan on getting an aftermarket turbo that gives it an extra 80 horsepower, upgrading from 227 to 307. Now here's where your experience comes in: Please take the time to list (dont have to define) all parts for my engine I'd need to replace in order to have my engine keep up with this turbo with no problems, and letting me still be a daily driver with the car, and a long life with the engine. I know you need a better flowing exaust and like, intercooler...someones please list EVERYTHING YOU NEED (what i named, pistons, rings, sleeves etc etc etc etc) thank you SOOO much
Each car is different, and it all depends on the motor design, head flow, turbo layout, etc.
Since this is a turbo Regal based discussion group, if anyone has any ideas for Kilza, please email him directly. Also, you might want to check the various Subaru and WRX disucssion forums out there...
Any discussions about a WRX are likely to be far afield of the charter, so I'm locking this thread.
