Does anyone know if a 1982 turbo regal 3.8 motor's crank have the rod journal rolled fillets like the later one's.

Yes it did. I remember a dealer meeting in 1978 when the first turbo came out. They told us not to grind turbo cranks because of that.
im pretty sure that up to 1984 turbo cars had rolled mains but not rods and 86/87 have rolled mains and rods, my 1984 gn only has rolled mains...
