my 84 gn has been acting funny since i changed the spark plugs maybe even a little before. It starts and then dies. when i start it again it seems to be fine. what should i look at? another thing when im drivin and i give it some gas from a stop it has a little hesitation /bog/? from 2-3 gear. on a tight budget and need some cheap ideas (under 100 would be perfect a little over is ok). The plugs i put in are bosch platinums and Ive already been told by other GN guys to put the cr 43 ts at .035 which i going to do this weekend. as for the bog thing could it be the FP reg is bad? on another post I seen that Ken mosher sugested to a guy to disconnect the MAF sensor and see if it runs better on an 85. should i try this or not. my prob is a little diff. I have had really good luck with regular AC DELCO plugs set at .035
However,..I suggest that you use AUTOLITE @ the same gap...
If this does not help...you need to check your timing,..then if it is correct, then your injectors probably need to be cleand (sonicly)
Remember,...these cars dont wanna run on anything less than 93 octane.
