I recently decided to check my vin on carfax and it says 1984 buick regal t-type. My car, I still have faith, is an actual GN. I mean who would change all the interior in a t-type so it could be a Grand National. Does carfax just not recognize GN's so it only says t-type's?? Also I was wondering if their is a significant weight difference in earlier GN's because my title only says it weighs 3079 lbs. I thought it was supposed to be like 3500. If anyone could enlighten me it would be appreciated.

Vin does NOT show a GN. They only thing Carfax can pick up is the engine and the fact it's not a Limited. That's why the call it a Turbo T. Your RPO code label will show it's a GN.
