Need to get headliner redone on my 85 GN how is the best way to get it apart. Also how does driver door panel come out all of the way because I have a loose wire on my power window that I need to fix. Thanks sdweisenberger@aol.com

I also had to repair the headliner in my 85, instead of doing it myself I had a local interior shop do it. I would highly recommend this as it only cost me a $100 and they matched the factory material perfectly. The door panel on your car is held on with plastic clips (which beak very easily) and should just pop off once you remove the arm rest, pull strap, and window crank. There are 2 screws hidden under the arm rest pad

I to went to an interior shop to have the headliner done. That's what I would suggest, it's a real pita if you do it yourself and never have done anything like this before. Mine used to sag and had a hole in the material, what a difference it makes having it replaced.
