NICHOLAS C. SCHROMEN (Nick85gn) | Monday, February 24, 2003 - 08:32 pm I have a '85 Grand National. I have a liquid filled fuel pressure gauge and I am not sure were to connect it to the engine. Do I use the service port on the fuel rail? And what are some good procedures to follow when hooking the gauge up. Also a scanmaster cannot be used with a 85 ECM? Is that right? Is turbo link the way to go, even if you dont have a lab top but you have a PC in your home to use. Does turbo link work with all year turbo regal ECMs.And how hard is it really to convert my 85 ECM to a 86/87 ECM considering my very little knowledge of these cars. And how much money would it cost me? And last what is everyones opinons on the GTECH performance meter do you think it reads horsepower and 0 to 60 time accurately? Thanks agian guys for all your help I havent even had a chance to drive her yet and she is already confusing me...thanks! |
