I put the Volt Meter on the Blue wire of the Cam Sensor and it gose from 7.37 to 10.40 Volts! What am I doing wrong?

This is a Hot Air Hot Roa & I changed the Module & Coil !

The Cam Sensor worked out good, after I put the Alternator back on!
