hello everyone
has anybody used precision turbo's ta-48? if so how did you like it? what kind of ET are you getting or even HP? they are recomending 36-37lbs/hour inj., adj fuel reg., hot wire kit, larger fuel pump, chip. my '84 T-Type is stock. any info would be great. thanks in advance.

so i take it that its not that well known. it is called ta-48 its their stock upgrade and they said its a hare smaller than the ta-49. i know that they have to do machine work to the turbo. they said its good for up to 500bhp with other mods like inj, fuel pump, regulator, chip and hot wire. i was just wondering if thats true. i have know idea what the turbo recipe is but will find out in the morning and post it. any info would be great. thanks in advance.

Never personally heard of a ta-48 if you going to upgrade ta-49 if it's the same money. You would be very happy with it.

basiclly the ta-48 is the ta-49 in the '84-'85 turbo housings. its about 15 horsepower lower. so i ordered the ta-48, chip, adj fuel reg, welbro 307, hot wire and 42 1/2 inj. so what does any one think it will do? any input would be great.
thanks,
