i just found a 85 Type T in my town and i am thinking about getting it...it has a lot of mods done to it (87 drive train, new turbo, intercooler, tubing, bov, injectors, exhasut, intake, fuel pump and other stuff) but the owner now says there is something wrong...i talked to my friend and it turns out he built the car and told me that when he was done he had a Pitbull ECU in there and when he sold it he took the Pitbull out and put in the stock ECU...by doing this would the car wrong weak? he told me the DFI isnt working right due to the stock ECU...any ideas?
