help please
I have an 87 gn 105000 miles I replaced stock injectors with tomco 30lb. replaced fuel filter and added a RJC power plate. Fuel pump was replaced before I got the car (not sure what brand also hot wire) After I installed the injector,power plate and fuel filter car will only run for about 3 seconds then stall. It starts up smooth like always but then it just dies. Fuel pressue is at 43 lbs, I adjusted fuel pressure regulator 3 turns,pressure went upto 80lbs and car ran,it didnt stall at all. I shut the car off and returned the pressure to 43lbs and same problem with stalling. I have a pit bull chip if that helps. any suggestions?

I belive that I had a similar problem to this and was under the impression that i needed a new computer. If you know of anyone with one that you could try in the car that would be great.If not I would suggest having a friend help to see if when it dies if there is still spark it is a possiblity of having a coil pack or ignition module go bad where just the heat of the electrical current flowing though a device will cause it to fail after a certain amount of time. I have found this to be the case in other vehicles which I have owned. Hope this helps in some way. Gforce598
