I have an 87 GN with digital dash, Since I got the car, the factory boost gauge didn't work. I've already gotten an aftermarket gauge to hook up. Since I'm not using the factory gauge instead of teeing off of the factory gauge vacuum line, can I just disconnect that line from the little boost sender and extend it a little to run that directly to my aftermarket boost gauge? This way I wouldn't have to worry about 3 connections, I only have to extend that same line.
