Message title says it all, except there are no codes. I have Turbolink and it tells me nothing. I did run low on gas and also had an exhaust-to-turbo leak, but it's fixed and I'm full on gas now. Help!

Keith ... you've got Mail!

I looked at your TurboLink files this morning and saw a couple things that point to either a plugged fuel filter or possibly an injector hanging up...

If you ran out of gas, chances are the fuel pump is toasted. They don't like being ran for more than a few seconds with no gas to lubricate/cool them. It's a good chance that's the problem.

I had something similar to this, with my NA 231. I had almost no power, and it eventually got even worse. It turned out to be the timing chain. Just a thought, but do you still have the original plastic (I mean nylon) timing setup?

Just to let everybody know what happened... Running low on gas pointed me in the wrong direction, making me think "fuel system." After hours and dollars spent chasing fuel system problems the real problem finally jumped up and slapped me in the face. First, according to my "mechanic" (and I use the term loosely), fuel injectors 3 and 6 weren't firing. The next mechanic said they must be melted down internally due to lack of cooling from getting low on gas. Ouch. I took the injectors off to test them (they tested good as did the wiring harness--so I even replaced the ECM--no change) and it wasn't until I put them back on again and reconnected the plug wires that I noticed that the 3 and 6 spark plugs were fired by the same coil. WHAP! Right between the eyes. Bad module or coil. I put a timing light on those two wires. NO spark at all. So, lessons learned. 1) CHECK EVERYTHING even if you think you know what's wrong, and 2) ALWAYS check ignition. This is as true now as it was with cars that had breaker points and distributors. These lessons cost me over $200 to re-learn. $65 for the first "mechanic" to tell me I had bad injectors, another $65 to get the injectors cleaned on the car and for that mechanic to tell me two of them were melted down, and $71 for a new ECM that I didn't need. I almost ordered two new injectors (at over $75 each) too. And now I have to get a new ignition module and possibly a new coil pack--but that's what I needed all along anyway.
Sigh.

There's not much detail to go on to diagnose this problem. You really need to get the car on a scan tool, fuel pressure guage, etc.

These cars don't have a blow off valve stock, but perhaps you have an aftermarket one.

Oil leaks are common from the rear main, which would drip on the crossover pipe. Also, the turbo drain on the intercooled cars is a common leak point.

More detail would really help diagnose your issues.
