I recently just rebuilt the engine in my 86 GN and I replaced the buttons on the rockers. I also stepped up to the thick pushrods. They are rubbing the head where they pass through it. Can this be tripping my knock sensor. I read that they only would rub if usung 1:7 rockers. I have the stock ones. Please help.
The 3/8" pushrods will usually rub. If you want to upgrade, use 5/16" chromemoly.
What will the rubbing cause??
