John Hudson (Farmer) | Tuesday, July 08, 2003 - 10:28 am I want to build a low-mid 10 second engine for my 87. I'm extremely discouraged right now with the prices. I was told I had to buy a steel crank (quoted $2500) and a fuel management system was a must. I honestly didn't know what to expect when I called but the whole rebuild was going to cost $12,000! Does that sound right? I've only called one person so far but am afraid to go any further. Some advice would be helpful. Thanks, John Indiana |
