I posted these quick instructions on cleaning up the air flow to my turbo. Has anyone else tried this procedure? Was any performance gain noted? Thanks!!

That was one of the first mods I had done to mine years ago. Didn't do any testing so I can't quantify results. Make sure your instructions are clear that you don't want to go too deep into the compressor housing (where the comp fins are). The guy that did mine actually miked the bell where it necks down and opened the inside up to where the min thickness was ~0.040"-0.050" . I was getting worried that it was getting too thin and he remined me than an eggshell was also thin but strong!?!?
