What is the typical leakdown of the injectors. From 43 PSI when the car is idling, the pressure drops to <20 psi in less than one hour. Is that acceptable?

I'm asking because recently, the car has been stubborn to start and has not started on all cylinders. At the exhaust I find moisture and a blackish substance that is not smelly and is only slightly oily. I'm thinking that this could be a result of the fuel building up in some cycliners then blowing out of the exchaust when the car starts. Car runs fine once it clears istelf up.

Is this a symptom of leaking injectors? Anyone have any ideas as to what the junk is that sprays out of the exhaust?

Pressure drop seems excessive. It could be the check valve in the fuel pump, regulator or injectors. There is a balance test for injectors but requires a metric pressure gauge and injector trigger. Leaking injectors will cause hard start and poor idle until the excessive fuel is burned out. You could try leting it sit for awhile, remove plugs and fish around with a Q-Tip taped to a wire and see if you pick up any gas from the cylinders. Leak would have to be large to show anything.
The liquid in tail pipe is water and the black carbon. Sounds normal.
