Patrick Ireland (Pireland) | Saturday, August 04, 2001 - 08:54 am There was a brief set of emails in the Digest, I think it was in July of this year regarding the fact that some GM boost line assemblies have the wrong orifice size in them. As far as I can remember, the correct orifice is .050" or .054" and that the bad orifices are around .035" diameter. This can lead to overboost and someone suggested that more than one head gasket was blown because of this. My orifice is .035" and I think I should open it.
