Does anyone make an aluminum radiator that has the engine oil/trans cooler lines built in that is meant for the GN's? I've got an 87 GN. I am thinking about getting a griffin and a summit oil/trans combo cooler and routing to the front with quality hydraulic hoses and ends from an indutrial hose supplier/fabricator. The stock radiator has had it! I have a griffin in my chevelle and it never warms up even a degree, they are great. However, I would rather just get something that is direct bolt in. Any suggestions would be great.

I just ordered one from Becool,the rep told me that it's a direct bolt-in and that it has both cooler lines.I'll post more info as soon as I receive it.
I thought the BECool only had one cooler and does not fit very well? Guess we shall find out? Perhaps they have changed it.
Not in the league with the CAS unit with regard to cooling but that is my opinion
Hi Steve,in your last paragraph you claim that the Becool rad is not in the same league as the Cas units.I was wondering if you've had experience with both units or if you know of someone who has.Also what kind of temperature differences have you seen with both units.
The CAS is a three pass unit rather than a conventional single pass radiator. I have one. It is made for HD cooling requirements as needed when running a front mount intercooler. I don't believe from my experience with the CAS and the reports of prior BeCool owners that they are not in the same league. The CAS used to be about 20% cheaper but I am not familiar with current BeCool pricing. The BeCool should cool well for normal usage but, then, so should a much cheaper hd three row from Nick Micale, CAS, or Holms
The bulletin boards, and, I believe the archives of this list, contain discussions of the merits of both. I believe you will have to perform some mods to properly mount the BeCool in our cars unless the design has changed in the past few months. The last post I saw stated the BeCool had one cooler, as does the CAS unit, rather than two. The CAS also fits into our mounts without trimming.

Thanks for the info Steve.I'm just going by the info that was passed onto me from the tech/sales guy.He stated that their rad is oem fit and that it can support 1000hp?Plus it comes with both the oil and tranny cooler lines.Whether it's a 3 pass unit or not,I guess I'll have to wait and see or call them back as I'm not very familiar with radiator technology.My big reason for choosing their rad over the Cas unit was because it comes with both cooler lines.At the beginning of summer,I had a local rad shop make me an aluminum rad,but for some reason,after two months it still isn't ready plus they never returned any of my calls.So I say "off the list"with them.Anyway,sorry for boring you all with this post,but I'll be sure to make another post as soon as I receive it
