I have a 87 Buick Turbo T. I seem to have a problem with fuel. I have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator set at 48. It goes up at 16 psi's, it's at 64. I also have a voltage booster, my tps is at 44 and at open throttle it's at 4.75. My fuel pump is a Weldon model. I also have 42.009 injectors with full throttle accelaration the millivolts of the oxygen sensor should be at 750-770. What happens is it drops and it goes down to 690 millivolts. I replaced the oxygen sensor with a four prong one and then I went to a one wire. The same problem occurs. I don't know what is causing this and would appreciate any suggestions for how to correct the problem.

What chip are you using? It sounds like maybe the calibration is off....
