the tcc wont lock anymore even if I force it bye jumping it.. the switches on the brake peddle check out, was wonder if there might be a fusable link or somthing the tranny was just rebuilt 2 months ago and it work ok up till a couple a days ago tnx for your time

Try replacing the torque onverter lockup solenoid, anthough they usually won't UNlock when they fail. It's in the pan at the front.

Before dropping the pan, a couple simple things to check would be the two brake switches. If one is misadjusted or dirty, the circuit is open even when the ECM trys to lock it (or you try to lock it by jumpering).

It's common for the switches to become dirty or get bumped, so check those first...
