When i drive on the highway, my 84 turbo regal runs at about 3000-4000 RPMs! This is between 60-70 mph. This doesn't seem right to me, but i have not had the car for long so i don't know if this is normal...

The guy who had it before me said he put in a B&M Stage 1 shift kit, it don't know if that has any impact. Is it possible that the tranny just isn't shifting into the final gear? How would i adjust this?
