I just put in an Art Carr shift kit and now I notice that in second and third gear under light throttle the tranny seems to slip. The RPM's climb but its not getting through to the driveshaft.If I nail it, or shift it manually it seems to shift OK. Could this be a problem with the TCC solenoid or a pressure switch,or did I screw up on the shift kit installation? Thanks in advance, Curt.
After taking it for another test drive it seems that only 3rd gear is the problem. If I keep a steady speed and lightly touch the brake pedal the T.C. seems to engage and disengage ok.
