Scott Stryker (Stryker) | Monday, December 23, 2002 - 09:19 am First off, I recently done a 200-4r conversion. I just used the tv cable that came with the tranny, but it was too long for the car, and was binding up, although it would shift through all the gears normal (it made the gas pedal hard to push). So I bought a Teckpak adjustable detent cable so I could make it the length that I wanted. Now my tranny will not shift out of first. It will go into reverse though. When I put it in drive and take off, it will feel normal until I reach about 2000 rpm, then it feel like it is in neutral, and it will not get over 15 mph. Anyone know what is wrong? Do I need to do some more adjusting to the tv cable? |
