Shawn Walinsky (87gninpa) | Thursday, June 26, 2003 - 10:15 pm When i am driving at about 40-50 mph and lay ont he gas to downshift(not necessarily hard) the trans seems to make a low rumbling then gets up and goes. Im almost positive its not the transmission itself, as it was just rebuilt about 1 year ago. Ive heard a lot on this site about the tcc solenoid. could this be causing my problem? what exactly does this do, and what is is there for? alos, when the car is warm after driving ont he highway the car seems to buck a bit when shifting gears. again, could thi sbe the tcc solenoid? any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance also, what is the best filter/gasket kit to use for the transmission and best fluid? |
