My tranny was recently rebuilt, the car runs great but I cannot even chirp the tires under full accleration, if I accelerate with about 75% throttle I can spin them quite well. It is almost impossible to get right twice in a row. It may sound foolish but I would like to at least chirp the tires under WOT to flex my GN's muscles. Will adjusting the TV cable help, should I go back to the rebuilder, or should I be happy with it the way it is?
Thanks.

Have a look at http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/transmission/tvcable.html

Adjusting the cable may or may not help. What parts were used in the rebuild will make a difference. The throttle valve itself, along with what springs were used, and modifications to the accumulator will all affect how hard a transmission shifts.

Naturally, how much power you are making, what sort of tires you are running, and other factors will all determine if you will get that 'chirp' you're looking for.
