Mike Miller (Mikemill) | Wednesday, October 03, 2001 - 07:49 pm I have a 87 GN and the torque convertor won't lock up. When i ground the F terminal on the ALDL connector it will lock up, when i tap on the brake pedal it unlocks. The transmission and the brake switch seem to be working fine. What else could i check? Thanks .. |

I was exploring gnttype.org and saw something about a vehicle speed sensor (VSS) and got to thinking about it then i thought about the fact that i have a 145 speedo conversion with the reducer. I took that off and the convertor locks up fine. Now i need to get my speedo calibrated so that i can throw that D**N recucer away. Thanks. |
